Time to make the donuts...

So what does one do when she is putting off homework and the stress of big decisions weigh heavily on the mind. Make homemade donuts of course. Oldest son has been begging me to make these (using the canned biscuits) so we did, they are awesome when warm and fresh, the donut holes you cut are actually the best part

oh, this would be right up josh's alley. maybe we could make them for his class, which means you'll have to fork over the recipe...:)

this looks FAR too tempting for a single girl to make. i would probably eat the whole "can" myself, right?

Carey-The recipe is easy-use the pillsbury biscuits in a can, find some small "thingy" to make the hole in the middle and then deep fry. We rolled ours in sugar and cinnamon. They aren't that great the next day-chewy but excellent when warm
Bobbi-I resisted the whole can, but polished off most of the holes myself

I think my butt just grew a size. Thanks.

Oil? What kind? On the stove, in a pan or what?

I would be the Queen of Bubba's universe for making those...

Karen-plain old vegetable oil-in a fryer or on a stove. Yeah, it scores high points in the "best mom in the world" department here. Don't worry about your butt, eat one when its warm and then wait until the next day, the totally lose their appeal when cold.
