So maybe this a sign I haven't passed all my negative genetic traits on to my children (stubborness, sarcasm, emotional, competive). Maybe, just maybe they have a slight artistic side.
A had his first pottery wheel class this summer-Not bad for a first timer-looks the same as my first efforts. He is begging to go again this fall.
Q tried handbuilding so of course the pot had to have an octopus stuck in it some how

Very nice! I think they did great for their first time. I have never tried pottery to my knowledge. Lack of brain cells, you know...
Oh, I love it! That is something I have always, always wanted to try. Maybe it should be my fall "sport." Everybody else has one, don't you think I should, too?

wow. this stuff is really pretty. did he choose the colors himself? it looks like it belongs in your beautiful house.
my first coil pot held my mom's "scrubber" by the kitchen sink for many years. man, that thing was U G L Y. but she pretended it wasn't :)
