Is it bad manners to almost have to run out of the eye doctor's exam room laughing because watching your child try to put in contacts is hysterically funny?
Things that can happen to a contact in 5 minutes:
Get stuck on big fry's top eyelashes (not his fault they are pretty long)
Get stuck on bottom lashes
Get stuck on top lashes, blink and it falls on the shirt
Roll off finger onto the floor (2 different ones)

yep. i was 19 at the time i experienced those things...sTILL cannot put contacts in!
dang. It sounds like MY first time with contacts! I hope he gets the hang of it, and soooon.
We are on day 4 and doing well, getting them in and out all by ourselves. He had one pop out at school and got it back in, nothing like a squishy little lens to keep a shiny penny kid happy. Carey-They are soft disposables, not the daily ones wear for a month or so. His comment as we are driving-"I think I look handsomer"
