Ok, so not only has a friend asked me to ride across Iowa with her in July (60+miles per day), but another friend, whom I work with and attend boot camp together has "invited" hubby and I to create a team to do this crazy thing called Tough Mudder race.
I am not sure about this one...

yes, the tough mudder is major rugged. you could think about another race slightly less intense--it's only a 5K but same concept. it's called The Warrior Dash, in minnesota June 29 and July 1. i am contemplating. check it out at www.warriordash.com
involves, running mud, fire, climbing, craziness, live music and beer. :)
There are only dudes in the pictures I saw soooo.....I think I would rather take Carey up on her offer or bike Iowa.
