OK.mahi mahi is not only $7.99 a pound, it is horribly fishy. i actually took one bite and SPIT it out.must try again :)
I've only had Mahi once, prepared at the Outback Steakhouse. I thought it was good, but Lord only knows what they added to cover fishiness.
I am sorry it was not good, I have always loved it. I have used tilapia for these tacos as well
